A video is going viral on social media where dozens of healthcare workers are dancing to the Marathi song Zingaat at the Nesco Covid-19 center in Goregaon, Mumbai. This clip has generated quite a buzz on social media.
Dancing to the tune
According to reports, this event took place at a program that was organized on June 2, 2021, to mark one year of the center’s operation.
In the clip, several healthcare specialists can be seen showing their awesome dance moves to the song from the 2016 Marathi film Sairat.
Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic last year, healthcare workers have been continuously working for the patients affected by the virus under tremendous pressure. Over the past few months, several videos of doctors dancing to songs in emergency wards to cheer up patients also went viral on social media.
The video was published by news agency ANI and it already possesses over one lakh views and 1,500 retweets.

Meanwhile, India has recorded 1,32,364 new cases and 2,713 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry. The top five states that have recorded the most cases are Tamil Nadu with 24,405 cases, Kerala with 18,853 cases, Karnataka with 18,324 cases, and Maharashtra 15,229 cases, and Andhra Pradesh with 11,421 cases. The report adds that Maharashtra has maximum daily fatalities with 643 deaths.
